Shipping
We proudly use USPS as our main shipping courier for domestic orders and UPS for international orders.
Upon special requests, we can offer UPS, DHL or Fedex services
(extra costs may be incurred)
Shipping times are as followed but are not limited too:
standard shipping: 3-5 business days
express shipping: 1-3 business days
standard international: 1-4 weeks
express international: 7-10 business days
**WOREDROBENYC is not responsible for any package(s) after it has been scanned delivered by the courier**
If you cannot locate your package please give it at least one extra business day or 24 hours before contacting us as they can be marked “delivered” before final delivery. If you have done this step and still cannot locate your package, please do not hesitate to contact the courier or local post office for further instructions on how to file a claim or search request as it can be still in their possession or a failed delivery.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or missing packages once the package has been marked delivered by the courier.
We do not do reshipments or reimbursements.
